| Q. | What makes TrainingPros different from other staffing firms? |
| A. | We believe the key difference between TrainingPros and other firms is that we are trusted advisors to our clients as opposed to being “order takers.” We invest significant time getting to know your organization, your specific needs and your philosophy or approach to enhancing business results through human performance initiatives. That way, when you have a resource need, we can closely match the best available talent to the position you need filled. We find that clients really appreciate our ability to nail it on the first try - the first talent most clients see is also the last, because our talent is typically an ideal fit. |
| Q. | How do you select the right person for a contract position? |
| A. | Matching the credentials and personalities of our professionals to the skill requirements and working styles of our clients requires skill and experience. We labor over every candidate we submit to clients for consideration. The difficult piece of the process is determining whether the professional can quickly adapt to the working style and culture of your organization. When we evaluate candidates for your unique needs, we rely on our experience of having worked with hundreds of human performance professionals in the past, carefully check references, and only recruit professionals with a proven track record in consulting. |
| Q. | Do you place full time people? |
| A. | TrainingPros only places human performance professionals on a contract basis. Many of our professionals receive (and have accepted) offers for full time positions with our clients while working on contract assignments. Unlike other staffing companies, TrainingPros never charges our clients a placement fee when our professionals accept permanent positions with them. |
| Q. | How do you attract such talented professionals? |
| A. | There are several factors that go into recruiting and retaining top talent. First, our talent receives a higher percentage of our hourly rates than other staffing firms. Second, they don’t waste time going to “cattle calls” with other talent; we only submit one candidate to our clients at a time. Third, they know that the company where they are placed will be a good fit for both their skill set and their personality. Finally, most of the professionals in our talent pool have been referred by others professionals who have had a positive experience working on projects for TrainingPros’ clients. |

| A. | Our clients value our investment in understanding their company, the quality of our talent and the ease of doing business with TrainingPros. These are among the reasons we have a repeat business rate of approximately 80%. |
