Meet the Relationship Manager

TrainingPros Relationship Manager, Diane Brescher, Ed.D, CPLP, serves clients in our Northeast region with a special concentration in the New Jersey and New York City markets. With her strong background in the financial services, insurance, healthcare, hospitality industries as well as government agencies, Diane has honed the skills that make her a seasoned learning and development expert. Her areas of greatest experience are in leadership development, executive and leadership coaching, strategy development, competency development, facilitation, adult learning, instructional development, and personal branding/career development.

Diane has worked with TrainingPros since 2011. Highlights of some key client projects that she led are as follows: 1) provided facilitators for a strategic, long term project delivering customer service training modules nationwide (both face-to-face and virtual); 2) created, delivered, and evaluated 22 leadership training modules including a train-the-trainer session for key leadership staff; training modules included self-assessments, role plays, videos, case studies, and discussions for varying sized groups; 3) Provided long term instructional design help for a mission critical large scale system rollout; this key resource is also delivering the training to different internal and external audiences; and 4) provided voiceover assistance for a key compliance eLearning module.

She has worked for AIG, American Express, Chubb and Son, and GE Consumer Finance in various roles in the learning and development field. Diane has supported first level supervisors through senior leaders on various leadership issues in different functional areas such as sales, marketing, business development, operations, client development, information technology, and customer service. She started her own leadership development firm, DB Consulting Partners, in 2004.

Diane has been on the NNJ Association for Talent Development (ATD) board for over 8 years, most currently as VP Professional Development. She has been a member of National ATD for over twenty years. Additionally, she is active with the NY and NJ HR Planning Societies, the NJ ODN, and the NJ and NY National Speakers Associations.

Some of Diane's passions in life are spending time with family and friends, traveling to places she has never been, skiing, biking, and just about anything out doors. She also enjoys her time at the Jersey shore. Diane gives back by volunteering as a New Start Career Network Coach, helping others with career development, resumes, branding, and interviewing skills.
