Meet the Relationship Manager

As a TrainingPros Relationship Manager serving the New York and New Jersey markets, Don Decker brings a wealth of learning and development expertise to our clients and consultants. His extensive experience in the financial services, retail, government and military sectors in learning roles of increasing scope have honed tremendous skills in these key areas: training department leadership, 360 evaluations, leadership development, change management, project management, coaching, and sales training.

Prior to joining the TrainingPros team, Don worked for First Horizon National Corporation, SunTrust Bank, and Barnes & Noble. He is active in the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Don’s passions are his family and the outdoors – especially sailing. With his deep bench strength in learning solutions development, eLearning, program evaluation, leadership coaching, and curriculum development, TrainingPros is delighted to have Don on our sales and operations team in the important northeast region.
