Meet the Relationship Manager

As TrainingPros’ Client Services Director serving global markets out of the western region for our clients, Melanie Underwood offers a broad spectrum of learning and development expertise. Her extensive experiences in the telecommunications, information technology, customer service, and call center industries have been in learning and development roles of increasing responsibility on the solutions side. Melanie has sharpened significant skills in global training, on-demand, instructor led training, virtual delivery, mobile, learning management systems, reporting, and project management.

Prior to joining the TrainingPros team, Melanie earned her degree along with certificates from corporate learning universities at AT&T, Lucent, and Avaya. She worked for AT&T, Lucent, Avaya, Accenture, and Sumaria Networks. Melanie is an active volunteer as a leader in Girl Scouts of America. Her passions are her family, outdoor activities, and supporting her church and community. With Melanie’s deep bench strength in global training delivery, end-to-end call center operations, information technology, and accounting, TrainingPros is delighted to have her on our relationship management team.
