TrainingPros Relationship Manager, Alan Spivey, focuses on clients in the northwest Arkansas market. He has experience with Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as the transportation, logistics, technology, and manufacturing industries. Alan’s areas of greatest expertise are instructional design and visual design, custom eLearning programming and software solutions, and printing/packaging design & production.

Andy Petroski is the Director and Assistant Professor of Learning Technologies at Harrisburg University where he coordinates and teaches in the Learning Technologies Master of Science program, works with classroom and online faculty to implement technology into the curriculum, and consults on client projects in the Center for Advanced Entertainment and Learning Technologies.

TrainingPros Relationship Manager Cheryl Manning serves clients in the Southeast region, particularly those organizations in the Florida markets. With her extensive background in a variety of IT and Performance Consulting organizations, Cheryl has cultivated the skills that make her a true learning and development professional. She has a broad training and improvement background that includes IT, technical and soft skills improvement projects, and her specialty area of expertise is in instructional design. Cheryl is known for being highly responsive and customer-centric and for the ability to mobilize a large team to deal with complex projects and implementations.

TrainingPros is grateful for the contributions that former Relationship Manager Dan Collier made to our Learning Highlights blog. Dan served clients in our Northeast region with a special concentration in the Boston market. With his strong background in the financial services, printing/publishing, and manufacturing industries, Dan honed the skills that make him an expert in learning and development. His areas of greatest experience are in leadership assessment & development, managerial & executive coaching, customer service skill development, and organizational needs assessment.

We appreciate the many contributions that David Adelman made as he served clients in our Southeast region, especially the greater Atlanta and Florida markets. With his unique blend of learning and development expertise and his strong background in the hospitality, healthcare/pharmaceutical, and insurance industries, David was an asset to our relationship manager team.He offers great experience in training leadership, instructional design, facilitation, eLearning design, and project management.
