My personal path to Instructional Design was rather unconventional but, as I started to talk to others in the field, I realized I wasn’t the only one! In this presentation, we’ll explore the role of an Instructional Designer and the different ways that people have come to take on this role.

Maria Jones is an Instructional Designer with over 10 years of experience developing engaging training and curriculum for all levels of employees. With a background in mechanical engineering and fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria has created courses covering both technical and creative topics in multiple languages.
