Learning & Development (L&D) must constantly redefine themselves in terms of value to the organization and HOW they provide learning and professional development solutions. Lengthy classroom courses are losing ground as a stakeholder's first choice; decision-makers want to see learning taking place without taking employees out of their productive routine. Learning needs to take place in smaller chunks, preferably while employees are "at work." The key word is EASY: easy for the learner, easy for the developer. How is L & D going to deliver?
