About the Session:

In this session, participants will hear how to develop Learner Personas to gain a better understanding of their unique audiences and tailor content and delivery to increase engagement. From user theory to a specific case study from Toyota NA, participants will gain valuable knowledge and examples they can use to humanize the learning and development function at their organizations. Participants can expect a brief history of user personas, why it is important to create a very real set of personas for their team, and specific methods and questions they can use to create personas for their own use.
