Recently, TrainingPros teamed up with Young Resource Group (YRG) to develop a series of project management videos that we think you’ll find very helpful. The second video in our Project Management lineup delves into one of the trickiest but most important aspects of executing a great training project: Estimating.

We appreciate that our clients take their learning & development budgets very seriously, and we respect your need to have accurate and reasonable estimates on the expenses involved with getting your new training program delivered. If a vendor provides you with a finger-in-the-air, tops-down estimate on your learning program, please view that as a giant red flag.
