TrainingPros Adds Alan and Kathleen Sack to Charlotte/Raleigh/Durham Office

ATLANTA, GA (Apr 20, 2009) - Alan and Kathleen Sack have joined the Charlotte/Raleigh/Durham Relationship Management team for TrainingPros, a company focused on providing highly qualified human performance professionals to Fortune 1000 companies on a contract basis.

Alan Sack, a business operations specialist and leadership consultant, has worked within a variety of organizations and industries, developing talent and improving operations. He has over 25 years of experience offering insightful leadership and skill in business management and development to innovatively solve problems and increase profits. Alan is certified in MBTI and VOICES®360 instruments, and is currently President of the Research Triangle’s American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

Kathleen Sack is a senior human resources and organization development executive who creates and executes innovative HR systems within complex business environments. Over the course of her nearly 30-year career, Kathleen has designed and executed strategic learning initiatives and human resource policies for a global conglomerate, served as Executive Director of Organization Development for a pharmaceutical company, and provided organizational development expertise to a $200B oil and gas company. Kathleen is currently an Adjunct Professor at Peace College in Raleigh and is a member of SHRM, CBODN and TODN.

As co-owners of TLP Consultants, LLC, Alan and Kathleen work to align human resource strategies with the business goals of their Fortune 1000 clients, focusing on talent management, learning solutions and performance measurement. By cultivating strong business relationships with their clients, Alan and Kathleen successfully design and execute large scale talent management and leadership development programs that ultimately increase organizational efficiency and profitability.
