Organization Development R&D Manager II:

The Organizational Research and Development II is responsible for consulting with senior management personnel to identify business needs and determine appropriate talent management solutions (e.g., selection, performance management, career development, succession planning, etc.). Once identified, the Organizational Research and Development II oversees the development, implementations, and validation of talent management solutions designed to improve individual, team, and organizational performance within legal and professional guidelines and standards. The Organizational Research and Development II manages the Organizational Research and Development I position, as well as interns, external vendors and contractors.

Education:
PHD Degree - Preferred
Master's Degree - Required

Salary:
$95k in base plus approx $25k additional in annual bonus
