TrainingPros Adds Nolan Wade to Chicago Office

ATLANTA, GA (Jun 9, 2009) - A senior Human Resource Consultant and Learning Expert, Nolan Wade has worked with Fortune 100 to 1000 firms to improve performance management, deliver training and development curricula, and to guide organizational and leadership development.

With an extensive background in human resources and training, Nolan has significant experience in creating and implementing solutions that transform organizations and enhance service and product delivery. As a consultant with a $157.5 billion insurance company, Nolan designed and implemented central learning strategies and curricula for technology and leadership for one of the four major IT organizations within the company. These learning strategies were adopted, and are currently being implemented, within the professional program offerings at all top-tier Chicagoland academic institutions. Nolan also designed and facilitated inclusive diversity managerial curriculum and led training and development for the company’s talent pool.

During the years that Nolan served as a Senior Consultant and Learning Coach with a global management firm, Nolan managed learning environments to support a $75 million training program. He designed and conducted faculty preparation focusing on CRM applications, internet architecture, and technology design. Nolan also created content for a company-wide core curriculum designed to impart leadership and keen business skills for every career level in the organization.
