ATLANTA, GA (Jul 23, 2008) - TrainingPros has opened a virtual office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to meet the growing demands of companies that need to augment their human performance teams with point-of-need external resources.
TrainingPros provides leading Fortune 1000 companies with highly qualified contract human performance professionals specializing in organization development, instructional design, eLearning development, training delivery and facilitation, technical writing and editing, project management, human resource development and change management consulting.
Marc Martinez and Jim Roman have joined the TrainingPros Dallas-Fort Worth Relationship Management team with over 30 years combined experience in the Human Performance industry.
As an executive coach to the Fortune 500, Mr. Martinez blends Emotional Intelligence leadership principles and influential communication techniques with Human Performance Technology to help business leaders achieve outstanding results. Having held leadership positions at the director and vice president levels, Marc has a practical understanding of how to solve the challenges that face business executives in today's competitive market. His experience includes building highly effective teams to raise productivity, quality, sales and customer satisfaction. Mr. Martinez is a graduate of Austin College, The Covey Leadership Institute, and The Center for Creative Leadership, and is a master graduate of Rapport Leadership International. Mr. Martinez is a member of The International Society for Performance Improvement and Project Management Institute.
Jim Roman understands the importance of client education and comprehensive communication. As a college professor at some of the nation’s top colleges, and a Human Resource, Training and Development consultant to the Fortune 500, Mr. Roman has worked in the areas of training and development, human resource management, e-learning, instructional design and instructor-led training. His experience has helped him deliver successful education and training services to his clients to help them obtain their business goals. Mr. Roman holds several Bachelor and Master’s degrees, along with a doctorate degree from The University of Pittsburgh, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Martinez and Roman will be based in TrainingPros’ Dallas-Fort Worth virtual office.
TrainingPros also has Relationship Management teams in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte-Raleigh, Chicago, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia/Baltimore area, with plans to open virtual offices in New York and New Jersey in 2008.
