TrainingPros Adds Diane Brescher to NY/NJ Office

ATLANTA, GA (Jun 12, 2009) - Diane Brescher has joined the New York/New Jersey Relationship Management team for TrainingPros.

An Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Improvement professional, Diane has over 20 years experience in career and executive coaching, assessments, sales strategy development, sales curriculum design/development, training facilitation and evaluation, presentation skills, skills assessment performance analysis and competency development. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries and her learning and development strategies have been implemented globally.

As the Principal Consultant of DB Consulting Partners, a Performance Improvement consulting firm, Diane has delivered a variety of human performance improvement and learning and development services for both profit and not-for-profit agencies. She has facilitated workshops for the Government and other companies in areas such as Communication Skills, Business Skills, Teambuilding, Change Management, Politics, Talent Management, and Leadership. Her strategic vision has also led to the successful development and implementation of human capital and learning strategies for a large software company and university hospital system.

Diane has the strategic vision and resources to successfully meet and exceed business goals. She continues to have a high level of success in building and maintaining solid client relationships and developing performance interventions.

Diane is a Doctoral Candidate, Ed.D in Adult Education Guided Intensive Study (AEGIS) from the Teachers College at Columbia University. Her dissertation is on entrepreneurship and social learning through ones’ social networks. She holds an MBA in Personnel/Industrial Relations from The American University of Washington, DC. She was one of the first to receive her Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, (CPLP) and is a board member of the NNJ ASTD chapter.

Diane will join Relationship Managers Scott Gassman and Woody Charles in the New York/New Jersey virtual office.
