TrainingPros Adds Scott Gassman to NY/NJ Office

ATLANTA, GA (Apr 24, 2009) - Scott Gassman has joined the NY/New Jersey Relationship Management team for TrainingPros, a company focused on providing highly qualified human performance professionals to Fortune 1000 companies on a contract basis.

For the past 25 years, Scott Gassman has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of organizational development, continuous improvement, on-line learning, training and facilitation. He has designed and implemented training programs for multi-level audiences in Performance Management, Strategic Planning and Leadership Development. Under his consulting firm, IdeaJuice, Scott has helped companies improve productivity by designing change initiatives and learning strategies that focus on strengthening organizational, executive, and team effectiveness.

As a practitioner himself, Scott understands the importance in developing a close relationship with each client to gain a deep understanding of their unique culture and business objectives.

He is a member of the Organizational Development Network (ODN) of Greater New York.

Scott will be based in TrainingPros’ New York/New Jersey virtual office.
