TrainingPros Adds Stephen Stilwell to Washington D.C. Office

TrainingPros Opens Washington D.C./MD/VA Office ATLANTA, GA (May 19, 2009) - Stephen Stilwell has joined the Washington D.C./Maryland/Virginia Relationship Management team for TrainingPros, a company focused on providing highly qualified human performance professionals to Fortune 1000 companies on a contract basis.

Stephen has over 20 years of progressive experience in corporate communications and training, facilitation, instructional design and project management. He has worked with a variety of training services firms in a leadership role. As the Executive Director for Online Programs at a corporate training firm for Fortune 100 companies, Stephen managed product selection, design, development, and delivery of all online courseware and services while managing a large department of instructional designers and technical developers. Under Stephen’s leadership, company revenue for its online division increased from just over $1 million to approximately $6 million in three years.

Stephen is a certified personal coach, specializing in communications with his own practice, The Lingo for Life. He received his coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance, an International Coaching Federation accredited program. In addition to one-on-one coaching and facilitating group sessions, he is certified and licensed to run The SpeakersTrainingCamp®--a hands-on 2-day public speaking and presentation workshop. In his coaching practice, Stephen has worked closely with clients on a variety of communication challenges including job interviews, interpersonal communication, and presentation strategies.

As a Relationship Manager for TrainingPros, Stephen will work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their unique culture and business objectives. “I was attracted to TrainingPros because of the opportunity to truly understand the clients’ culture, along with their current methodologies and project goals.
