TrainingPros Opens Boston Office ATLANTA, GA (Aug 15, 2008) - TrainingPros has opened a virtual office in the Boston area to meet the growing demands of companies that need to augment their human performance teams with point-of-need external resources.

TrainingPros provides leading Fortune 1000 companies with highly qualified contract human performance professionals specializing in organization development, instructional design, eLearning development, training delivery and facilitation, technical writing and editing, project management, human resource development and change management consulting.

Joanne Dustin and Liz Vogel have joined the TrainingPros Boston Relationship Management team. Both Dustin and Vogel bring extensive experience to TrainingPros, having successfully applied tools and techniques with their manager clients that have led to greater commitment and higher performance.

Focused on organizational and career development for over two decades, Joanne Dustin has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to help individuals and organizations navigate obstacles and achieve their goals. Joanne is founder of Career Lost and Found and Synergy Consulting Collaborative LLC, coaching and consulting practices dedicated to engaging managers and employees in achieving organizational and career success. As a consultant and certified career coach to leaders of all levels, Joanne’s areas of expertise include competency modeling, talent management and succession planning, performance improvement, organizational change, and leadership and management development. Joanne holds an MS in Management/Organizational Development and a BS in Management/Computer Science.

As owner of Jump LLC, Liz Vogel has employed a wealth of techniques to define organizational needs, improve business processes, and enhance communication and performance. A certified coach and career counselor, Liz specializes in organizational development and adult learning, and is a 20 year practitioner in the areas of leadership development, performance management, change management, and talent management. Liz holds an MEd in Counseling & Psychology/Adult Learning, and a BA in Organizational Communication.

Dustin and Vogel will be based in TrainingPros’ Boston virtual office.

TrainingPros also has Relationship Management teams in Atlanta, Charlotte-Raleigh, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia/Baltimore area, with plans to open virtual offices in New York and New Jersey in 2008.
