What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for Web content distribution, such as news and events. Using RSS, sites like training-pros.com can create and disseminate feeds that include news links, headlines, summaries, photos and links back to www.training-pros.com where you can view the full story.

How do I use RSS?

There are two typical methods for using RSS:

• Using a program known as a news aggregator or reader to collect, update, and display RSS feeds
• Incorporating RSS feeds into web logs

There are many free or commercial news aggregator or reader programs available for download. Other services are web-based and allow you to subscribe to RSS feeds and display the content inside your browser.

The TrainingPros RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a free service offered by TrainingPros for non-commercial use. It is a means by which Training-Pros.com offers feeds of press releases, upcoming events and news in XML format ("RSS Content") to visitors to Training-Pros.com (the "TrainingPros Site") who use RSS aggregators. Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by TrainingPros, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by TrainingPros.These Terms of Use govern your use of the TrainingPros RSS service. These Terms of Use may be changed by TrainingPros at any time without notice.

Ownership & Attribution:

The TrainingPros RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the TrainingPros Site. You may not display the RSS Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable TrainingPros Site web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable TrainingPros Site web page.

TrainingPros retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all TrainingPros logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. You must provide attribution to the TrainingPros website in connection with your use of the RSS feeds. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use the appropriate TrainingPros website's logo that we have incorporated into the RSS feed.

Right to Discontinue Service:

TrainingPros reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. TrainingPros assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your website.
