Allison Ehrler-Meyer

Allison Ehrler-Meyer, president and principal strategist of Beacon Advantage Solutions, has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, organization development, change management, leadership development and training. Formally Vice President of Organization and Employee Development for a Fortune 500 firm, Allison has worked as an organization effectiveness consultant to the Fortune 100 in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing, government, energy, higher-education, retail and information technology. These varied roles, along with her ongoing involvement with training and organizational development, give her a unique perspective on learning and implementing change initiatives as a critical business process. Allison holds a Masters in the Human Resources and Organization Development program from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. In addition, she studied global diversity at the University of Manchester in Manchester, England, as part of a joint program with the University of Georgia. Allison is Atlanta ASTD's Chairperson for Organization Development, SIG and an E-Learning SIG member, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Organization Development Network, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
