This course teaches participants how to craft messages that motivate people to say yes. Highlights of what attendees will learn include how the persuasion process begins well before you write or say anything, how you can open a persuasive message when the audience may be resistant or indifferent, how you can position information for maximum impact, how to strengthen your credibility and image, and how to employ the five principles of social psychology to induce readers to accept your point of view.
