Let go and knowingly laugh at the burnout stages; grasp the research-based Four Cs of Psychological Hardiness; roar as you playfully disarm power struggles. Learn to overcome procrastination. Engage in an acclaimed 3-D – Discussion-Drawing-Diversity – Team & Community Building Exercise. Use playful and powerful story sharing to break down status barriers and generate camaraderie. Create a more equal “helmets off” and “we’re all in this together” atmosphere and culture.

By the end of this "Get FIT" -- FUN-Interactive-Thought-provoking -- Workshop, participants will:

  • Recognize rapidly stress smoke signals and the Four Stages of Burnout
  • discover the Four "R"s of burnout prevention and rejuvenation along with the Stress Doc's Formula for Natural SPEED: sleep-priorities-passion-empathy-exercise-diet
  • Grasp the key psychological hardiness skills for adapting to loss, transition, and change
  • Overcome procrastination and design focus through Mars-Venus Consultation Exercise
  • Disarm self-defeating power struggles through courageous and trust-building good questions
  • Use popular discussion/drawing group exercise to playfully identify stressors, conflicts, and team performance barriers; generate problem-solving resilience and team collaboration bridges
