At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Understand the real reasons why people have difficulty with “change”.
- Differentiate between facts and myths related to change.
- Understand one’s own as well as other’s reaction to imposed or planned change.
- Take action that reflects essential knowledge of the 5 stages of transition. Know what a leader should and should not do at each stage.
- Take specific steps to ease transition for all involved. Utilize a checklist to ensure change occurs as smoothly as possible.
