About this Course
Taught by a Certified Situational Leadership® instructor, this course provides participants with a strong, practical working knowledge and understanding of Situational Leadership®. Through a combination of specially designed videos, simulations and role plays, as well as the participants’ own real-life challenges, the course translates this knowledge and understanding into practical skills that the participants can use to successfully to lead others in the workplace. Upon completion of the course, the participants will be prepared to:
- Assess their followers’ level of readiness for a particular task
- Apply the principles of Situational Leadership® to select the high probability of success leadership style
- Adjust their own preferred leadership styles to more effectively lead others
- Coach and counsel their staff for increased performance
- Perform as an effective member of the company’s management team
